Don’t Trust Your Hotel Room Alarm Clock!

On Sunday, November 6, in the middle of the NAR Conference, Daylight Saving Time ends. This means at 2:00am EST Sunday morning the clocks move back an hour to 1:00am EST. I’m sure we’ll all get an onslaught of templated emails from fellow Realtors® around the country reminding us to “turn back the clock” but I figured it would serve as a good reminder as programming starts as early as 8:30am on Sunday the 6th. Be sure to set your alarm on your mobile device (which updates the time automatically) and not your hotel room alarm clock. We wouldn’t want you to show up to your first education session of the day and wonder why you’re the only one there with front row seats. Relish that extra hour of sleep you gain as you’ll need it during this whirlwind of a conference!
