Started today with the Commercial Caffeinated breakfast at 7:30am. Wayne D’ Amico was our host for a mornings discussion on international real estate with our guest speaker.
Then it was on to the Commercial Leadership Forum, led by Chair Leil Koch, where we were informed on emerging technologies that will impact commercial real in the very near future. Technologies that will be able to monitor building air quality in real time are being developed now that will be inexpensive and easy to use and install. Kiss sick building syndrome goodbye!
Afterwords I took the occasion to walk the floor of the bid hall to see the vendor show. I saw hundreds of exhibitors engaging thousands of REALTORS® demonstrating all the latest products and services. My favorite part of the show? Why Commercial Row of course! I even got to do an interview with Michael Bull of the Commercial Real Estate Show.
