What I like is that it allows me to systemize how my business operates. Whether it’s getting a new listing or taking a transaction from contract to close, I can assign a set workflow to the process. I identify the players (listing agent, buyer’s agent, buyer or seller, closing attorney, lender, etc.) and monitor the process all the way to close.
There are after closing workflows you can create as well, but it’s so much more than just a drip campaign. In an Inman interview, founder Dave Crumby said previously, “Ultimately what we want is to provide the infrastructure so an agent can build a true business—a business that is quantifiable and has predictability.
